Secure transactions
Every payment routes through Archive escrow over encrypted card and bank rails. Sellers never see your payment details, and no funds move to them until delivery is confirmed.
Quality guarantee
Goods must match the listing spec, the agreed sample and the approved QC photos. If they don't, you are entitled to a refund, partial refund, replacement or credit.
Dispute resolution
Open a case within 30 days of delivery with photos and your claim. Escrow stays frozen while a resolution specialist reviews both sides. Most cases close in three days.
